Welcome to the website of Rogue Dance Productions Inc. (an Arizona nonprofit, "Rogue Dance Productions," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

This Site does not sell goods or services. Donations may be made through our third‑party fundraising platform Zeffy and are subject to Zeffy’s own terms and privacy policy.

1. Eligibility & Acceptable Use

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.

  • Infringe the intellectual property or other rights of Rogue Dance Productions or any third party.

  • Upload or transmit content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, invasive of privacy, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

  • Attempt to interfere with the Site’s operation (e.g., introducing viruses, scraping, crawling, or using automated means without permission).

2. Accounts; Newsletter; Communications

The Site may allow you to submit a newsletter signup (email address only) or a Contact Us form (name, email, message). Subscribing to our newsletter constitutes consent to receive email communications about performances, events, gala announcements, and fundraising. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails. Use of your information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

3. Donations & Ticketing via Third Parties

We do not process payments on our servers. Donations are handled by Zeffy (embedded form or external link). Any ticketing, if offered, may be handled by venue or ticketing partners. Your use of those services is governed by their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third‑party platforms. If you have questions about a donation or payment, please contact the relevant provider and notify us via the Site’s Contact Us form.

Donation refunds. Donations are generally treated as charitable contributions and may be non‑refundable except as required by law or at our discretion. If you believe a donation was made in error, contact us promptly.

4. Event Information; Changes

Event details (dates, venues, casting, programs) are subject to change. We may modify, postpone, or cancel events at our discretion or due to circumstances beyond our control. Where appropriate, we will communicate updates through our usual channels.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise noted, all content on the Site—including text, images, graphics, logos, and audiovisual materials—is owned by or licensed to Rogue Dance Productions and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. Trademarks. “Rogue Dance Productions” and associated marks are trademarks or service marks of Rogue Dance Productions Inc. Other names and logos are property of their respective owners.
